The room we had was huge and modern, with a bed, couch, soap, and even video games for the kids to play. The staff were helpful and nice. It was a great location, really close to cafes, restaurants, fast food places, and grocery stores.

This hotel was absolutely GREAT and I would stay there again. Came to Urbandale to relax and have fun, this pet-friendly property was the ideal place for doing it. I stayed in the room that was clean and well-maintained, with 1 bed and a couch. The main bar was nice.

This hotel surprised me with its great value for the price. Firstly, the location near the Des Moines area was perfect, especially for families. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the water park, little kids play area, and arcade - it kept the children entertained for hours. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service; they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-kept and seemed clean. Lastly, the hot tub on the first level was a nice added touch, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a long day.

All in all, our stay was enjoyable, and there weren't any major issues.

During my stay at Ramada, I was delighted to find a small water park that my children absolutely loved. The pool area was well-maintained and the pirate ship provided endless fun for them. In addition, our room had a functioning AC that kept us comfortably cool. Despite some minor cleanliness issues, the hotel's location surrounded by the water park made it a great choice. I would recommend this hotel.
