satisfied but needs improvements

The pool area offered a great atmosphere for our family with a fun waterpark that the kids loved. Our room was spacious and clean, providing enough comfort for a two-night stay.

Service at the front desk took longer than expected.

The pool area was excellent for children, providing a fun and engaging experience. A thoughtful grass area surrounding the hotel was perfect for walking a dog. However, the breakfast was disappointingly cold and unappetizing, prompting a search for alternatives nearby. The room decor felt a bit dated and could use a thorough cleaning to enhance comfort.

The toddler pool area was super fun, and I loved the warm water. The pirate ship kept the little ones entertained for ages!

I truly appreciated the spacious layout of the Ramada, especially the round lobby with cozy seating areas. It made maneuvering easy for seniors, and the friendly staff were always helpful in navigating the hotel’s amenities.

Need better accessibility options in dining areas.

We booked a weekend stay at this hotel for family fun and were excited to use the waterpark. The kids really enjoyed the water park area. The smaller slides were a big hit with our younger child. Staff members at the pool were friendly and attentive, ensuring safety rules were followed. The location is convenient for family outings, and our room was clean. However, the pool hours were limited, opening only in the evening and for a few hours in the morning. We felt rushed to enjoy the facilities since there isn’t much to do during the day. The lack of dining options was disappointing. only one restaurant available with limited menu choices. Breakfast was not impressive either, as the selection was very minimal and poorly managed. The noise level from other guests was bothersome at times, especially in the pool area. Additionally, some common areas seemed unclean and poorly maintained, which reflected a lack of management follow-up. Overall, a fun family stay, but the hotel needs improvement in dining options and overall cleanliness.

The water park was a blast, especially for the kiddos! We also found love in the nearby Bandit Burrito – their spicy burritos are lit. Plus, the cozy lobby made hanging out a breeze.

I wasn't thrilled that the bigger slides were down, and it would’ve been nice to know beforehand. The tiki bar was closed, leaving us hanging, and the smaller pool had murky vibes. Such a bummer!

I recently stayed at Ramada for a work trip and was quite pleased with my experience. The staff was efficient in assisting with my check-in process and ensuring I had everything I needed for my business needs. The conference facilities were notably spacious, providing ample room for meetings and presentations. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which helped me stay connected throughout my stay.

The indoor water park was a total hit with the kids! They loved zooming down the waterslides and playing in the toddler pool designed like a pirate ship. Our room was spacious and clean, definitely a comfortable spot for threading through fun-filled activities! 🌊🏊‍♂️
